MEET THE SPEAKERS:

Maria Beermann-Foat, PhD, MBA, NRP, is EMS training coordinator for the Eugene-Springfield (Oregon) Fire Department, and prior director, NAEMT.

Rob Lawrence is director of strategic implementation for PRO EMS and its educational arm, Prodigy EMS, in Cambridge, Massachusetts; and part-time executive director of the California Ambulance Association.

Carly Alley is the chief operating officer SEMSA/Riggs Ambulance Service in Merced, California.

Thomas Wobby, NRP, has been at Pro EMS in Cambridge, Massachusetts, since 2016. He has spent most of his time there overseeing the training process for new EMTs and paramedics. More recently, as operations manager, his focus has shifted to managing dispatch, scheduling, recruitment/retention, hiring and wellness.
