James Weaver is the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions. With 25+ years of technology experience, James’ analytical-creative approach to marketing has earned him notable awards including the Presidential Award of Excellence, the Gold Award of Distinction and the Gold Effie Award from the American Marketing Association. Prior to Ericsson, James held finance, marketing and product marketing roles at Nortel and Avaya. James has a finance degree from Weber State University and an MBA in Marketing from Vanderbilt University. When not at work, James enjoys outdoor recreational sports and is proud of the fact that he has only had to call search and rescue once.

Cody Postier is an international telecom professional with over 20 years of experience, with time spent in Nigeria, Qatar and currently in the United States with AT&T. Cody’s current work focuses on the product strategy of AT&T’s FirstNet division, with a focus advancing the FirstNet 5G Network as well as the inclusion of new AI capabilities.

From his home office in Atlanta, GA, James Potter currently serves as the Director of Strategic Solutions for the Public Safety and Professional Communication markets at L3Harris Technologies. He leads the team that founded the Mission Critical Alliance which is a partner program for best-of-breed technology solution providers to openly collaborate to advance the capabilities, compatibility and security of mission critical solutions. James also oversees the product management for all Command & Control products, broadband offerings and support services. With over 20 years in telecommunications, his roles have spanned from system engineering to sales and now strategy with responsibility for MCA partnerships, voice of the customer, and market management. James is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, Southern Polytechnic College of Electrical Engineering and Technology. He is also a member of the Utility Broadband Alliance and on the Board of Directors for the Enterprise Wireless Alliance and iCERT. Outside the office, James is a husband, a father of two children, dabbles in home automation, pretends to be a chef and enjoys a good bourbon.
