SAFETY STANDARDS IN THE WORKPLACE

Preventable injuries in America reached an in 2022. That year 62 million Americans sought medical help after being hurt, and nearly 225,000 suffered deaths related to such injuries.

First aid kits that comply with ANSI Z308.1 will support treatment of common workplace injuries such as major and minor wounds, minor burns and eye injuries. The ANSI standard spells out the specific supplies, quantities and volumes to be maintained.

In addition to meeting ANSI standards, companies are required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to have on hand first aid kits that contain certain supplies to treat them. The DynaSafety line provides a convenient way for them to meet those requirements.

COLOR CODING FOR QUICK AND EASY REFERENCE

All DynaSafety packaging reflects ANSI鈥檚 established color-coding system for quick identification and access: Blue is for antiseptics and ointments, yellow for bandages, red for burn products, orange for PPE, and green for other items. ANSI refill packs are black.

Everything is suitable for packing directly into ANSI-compliant kits for immediate use. Further additions to the line will continue, according to Burns.
